Necklace by Lola Greeno
For those of you who don’t know, Lola Greeno is an extremely talented indigenous artist based in Launceston, Tasmania. Lola specialises in the ancient art of making shell necklaces passed down to her from her mother. Earlier this week, our class of furniture students at the University of Tasmania was presented with a design dilemma associated with the presentation of Lola Greeno’s spectacular works.
